A bronze fountain sits on a black granite pedestal in the center of a meditation pool. The pool in the shape of a Maltese cross has a continuous granite sitting area forming the perimeter.

The footprints of the trade towers will be planted with 3,022 Alberta spruce — a living memorial for each victim of 9/11 and the 1993 bombing.
